Ibihaza ni ibiribwa byuzuye intungamubiri dukenera mu buzima, kandi biboneka henshi, kuko hari n’aho byiyeza mu gisambu. Bikaba bimwe mu bihingwa bishobora gutuma umwijima, impyiko, amagufa, amaso n’uruhu bikora neza.

1.Byongera ubudahangarwa
