Job Description
- Follow up load scheduling for multi- drop deliveries. http://recruitment.mifotra.gov.rw/Vacancies/Details/6411
- Booking in deliveries and liaising with donors.
- Allocating and recording resources and movements on the transport in case of hiring.
- Manage subcontractors(MoU) and ensuring they deliver within agreed terms.
- Preparing the plan of activities relating to the use of vehicles
- Follow up on maintenance and vehicle fuel consumption.
- Purchase supplies to the ceiling of the institutional petty cash
- Manage all activities related to fleet cars
- Direct activities related to dispatching, routing and tracking transportation vehicle
- Organize and manage effectively a team of drivers and vehicles.
- Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer complaints.
- Serve as contact persons for all workers within assigned territories.
- Produce monthly, quarterly and annual activity reports
- Perform other related duties as required
