OSP Field Supervisor
Job Description
Job Purpose/Summary:
- Supervise in-house and subcontract construction crews from the preconstruction phase through the project.
- The Supervisor is an entry-level management role that provides direction to employees concerning outside plant installation.
- Overall responsibility to carry out the FTTH OSP Installation work with standard quality in Kigali, Rwanda.
Main Mission of the Job
- Receiving the work plan from asp Coordinator / Manager.
- Perform Site Surveys as requested.
- Periodic review of quality standards and construction specifications, and inspection of outside plant for compliance to construction specifications.
- Responsible for reviewing as-built documents and assuring their accuracy.
- Report daily to asp Manager.
