Sales Engineer
Are you an engineer with a knowledge of BTS (Base Transceiver Station) and an understanding of the mobile telecommunication business in Africa? Are you a result-oriented person? Can you provide evidence of having been highly productive in previous endeavors in any area of your life? Then you are the person we are looking for.
Your experience as a salesperson is not a limiting factor because we will train you. What interests us is your desire to succeed in sales.
TRES is a growing telecom company offering services to MNOs (Mobile Network Operator) on BTS sites in Rwanda and other African countries.
Your role will be to help us grow further with the acquisition of a new market share. You will deal with savvy engineers and business gurus in a less regulated environment with tough competition. You will have to produce and present proposals, so your writing capacity must be good.
Your basic salary will not be high. However, your high production will be remunerated with bonuses/commissions, to the extent that your overall reward may go beyond the levels of the best companies in the sector.
